1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an enterprise entity) and Uplinex HR Solutions ("Uplinex", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our website (uplinex.xyz), submitting job applications, or engaging our professional HR and staffing solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

Uplinex provides specialized human resource, talent consulting, and workforce solutions across four core domains:

• Recruitment & Staffing: Permanent Recruitment, Executive Search, Bulk Hiring, and Strategic Talent Acquisition.
• HR Outsourcing: HR Audits, HR Setup, Generalist Services, Statutory Labour Compliance, Employee Performance Management, and Corporate Training.
• Digital Presence: Google Business Profile Optimization, Social Media Management, Employer Branding, and Digital Marketing Consulting.
• Workforce Management: Contract Workforce, Manpower Deployment, Delivery & Rider Staffing, Temporary Staffing, Attendance Governance, and Field Operations Management.

3. Client Engagements & Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

All corporate client engagements, fee schedules, recruitment replacement guarantees, payment milestones, and staffing deployment scopes are formalized through specific Master Service Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) executed between Uplinex and the corporate partner.

4. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates submitting applications, CVs, or portfolios agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date professional credentials. Misrepresentation of educational qualifications, experience, or statutory documentation may result in immediate disqualification from hiring pipelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, trademarks, logos, graphics, icons, software codes, and digital assets on uplinex.xyz are the exclusive intellectual property of Uplinex HR Solutions. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution, or modification is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
